From 2009 to the present, Laurie Thain has given more than a dozen conference presentations on using music and rhythm in the classroom as well as how to explain phonics and the sound system of English to young learners. She is a published young learner writer/researcher and a writer and performer of children’s educational music, for Oxford University Press, England and New, York, among others.
